Agriculture is the modern day revolution for the future of our NATION. the sad fact is that no youth of our nation is interested in taking up this profession which feeds "US".

The grown beautiful fields been taken care of its production with love of care. Isn't this a sight to see and to be there to feel the work of this farming community within us.

Ginger the beautiful spice which ruled the taste buds of many is such a medical miracle. It is used in different forms such as raw ginger, dry ginger, bleached dry ginger, ginger powder, sliced ginger, ginger oil, ginger oleoresin, gingerale, ginger candy, ginger beer, brined ginger, ginger wine, ginger squash, ginger flakes etc. It has usage in foods, beverages, preservatives, medicines and perfumery industries.

Turmeric is remarkable antibiotic, turmeric is currently under wide spread scientific study for its healing properties. Harvard Medical School published results of a study, which stated that it inhibits the replication of HIV. The study went on to state that curcumin, the active ingredient of turmeric, is a powerful antioxidant. Therefore, curry is rapidly becoming a commonplace dietary treatment in many detoxification regimes. Some studies indicate it may be helpful in the prevention and treatment of cancer.

Pineapple is a cultigen species, throught to have originated from hybridization of two wild species: Ananas bracteatus and Ananas fritz-muelleri. These two species have indigenous distributions in Paraguay and southern Brazil. The wild species have smaller fruit than Ananas comosus and are full of hard seeds. They contain protein-digesting enzymes called bromelains, which means that if you add fresh pineapple to jelly, it will not set, and pineapple added to marinades will help tenderise the meat.

Grape cultivation is one of the most remunerative farming enterprises in India. Famous Indian medicine scholars, Sasruta and Charaka in their medical treatises entitled ‘Sasruta Samhita’ and ‘Charaka Samhita’, respectively, written during 1356-1220 BC, mentioned the medicinal properties of grapes. Grape is grown under a variety of soil and climatic conditions in three distinct agro-climatic zones, namely, sub-tropical, hot tropical and mild tropical climatic regions in India. Vines are raised on their own roots in India. Due to the non-prevalence of Phylloxera or nematodes, rootstocks are not employed, but in recent years, the ‘Dogridge’ rootstock is being employed to combat soil and water salinity problems.
